Values First Therapy

  • $200 for a 45 minute session.

  • In order to provide the highest quality, readily available services, we operate outside of insurance networks. However, we can provide a “Superbill” which you can utilize to request reimbursement from your insurance company.

  • In our work together, we’ll start by understanding your distracting thoughts and uncomfortable emotions and how they’re affecting your daily actions. Next, we’ll practice scientifically supported strategies that bring peace to your mind and calm to your heart as you build towards your goals.

    As you gain momentum you will turn anxiety into excitement and distraction into focus, unlocking your fullest potential. Seeing yourself change, you may even become grateful for this stage of life as the starting point of a personal transformation that never ends. 

    For teen clients, I do the first session just with the parents. This gives us a chance to get the parents perspective on their child’s needs and answer any questions about the process.

    In the next session, we meet with the teen to understand his or her challenges and goals. At the end of this session, we bring the parents in and talk through the treatment plan.
