A: When you have your business at a stage where you can step back from the day-to-day. I don’t see clients anymore at my practice.

Q: In the lifelong endeavor to grow as a virtuous leader what is the biggest challenge you face?
A: Criticism, being hurt, being sensitive to the reactions of others because I lead with my heart on my sleeve. I find support from my therapist, spiritual director, business coach, business strategist, and heart-centered business women.
